1. Who is responsible for providing the cleaning products?
The choice is yours! To keep the budget down you can supply your own
products and equipment or we can simply bring our own materials
leaving it a hassle free clean.

2. Can I meet the cleaner before the first visit?
Yes, We can arrange to meet you before the first visit.

3. Do I have to be home for each cleaning visit?
No, we currently have around 90% customers leaving a key with us .
If you need to go out to do a errand yourself, you can be safe knowing that your home is good hands.

4. Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Yes, for regular cleaning visits you will have the same cleaner each week.
Unless sickness or other valid reason we may have to change, although this is rare.

5. Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have public liability insurance which covers your property up to £1,000,000.

6. How much do you charge?
Our pricing structure starts from £9.50 per hour. If you require us to bring all of our equipment to complete the job to a high standard, we may charge a small extra fee.
This is also applicable to those living in rural areas due to the high petrol costs.

7. Do I need to sign a long term contract?
No, We respect your right to finish or end our services as when you wish to.
On your first visit you will be asked to sign an agreement, simply stating the dates of your cleaning visits, our codes of practice and the cost per visit.

The agreement contains very useful contact numbers and a copy will be supplied on request for your future reference. If you decide to end your service we will then ask you to sign the same statement to confirm our service has ended....Easy!
