1. Who is responsible for providing the cleaning products?
The choice is yours! To keep the budget down you can supply your own
products and equipment or we can simply bring our own materials
leaving it a hassle free clean.

2. Can I meet the cleaner before the first visit?
Yes, We can arrange to meet you before the first visit.

3. Do I have to be home for each cleaning visit?
No, we currently have around 90% customers leaving a key with us .
If you need to go out to do a errand yourself, you can be safe knowing that your home is good hands.

4. Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Yes, for regular cleaning visits you will have the same cleaner each week.

5. Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have public liability insurance which covers your property up to £1,000,000.

6. How much do you charge?
Our pricing structure is from £8.50 p/h for our regular domestic cleans and is based on location and as well as the amount of hours you book our service for.
One off services are quoted per job so we can clean what you want to be cleaned.
This leaves you in budget and means that you do not pay over the odds.
