Sycamore Cleaning Service - Terms And Conditions

Cleaners are required to collect payment at the end of each session in the form
of cash unless a pre-paid method has been agreed and confirmed by us.

We do not accept cheques on the day of your clean, although you are welcome to pay by cheque 7 days before your cleaning visit commences.

The rates for our "One-Off" cleaning services vary and are based on the size of your home/property, location and the jobs you require us to do. This is to ensure you receive a fair price from us and you are not being over-charged for items you simply do not require cleaning. We will do our best to provide a emergency cleaner if the need arises.

All cleaners are personally interviewed, background checked & required to wear uniform. Our cleaners are fully insured for that peace of mind.

We kindly ask all clients to remove any breakables or goods of value from all areas you require cleaning. Although we have insurance, sentimental items can never be replaced. We have had no accidents to date.

All customers are required to give at least 24hrs notice to suspend a regular clean or to take a holiday from regular cleaning. We require 2 weeks notice from you to end our services completely.

If you do not give notice or we cannot access your home or property at the agree time on our service agreement you must understand we reserve the right to seek the cost in full. We will post a missed visit slip to inform you of our attempt to clean your property.

Those booking a "One-Off" cleaning service may require a short home viewing so we can discuss exactly what you require on the day of your clean. We will complete a cleaning schedule agreement with you detailing the time, date and a quotation of your arranged one off clean.

We require the minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel any "one off clean" service. If we do not receive notice or we can not gain access to the agreed property we reserve the right to seek the agreed quotation amount in full or we request a re-booking.
