Sycamore cleaners are required to collect payment at the end of each session in the form of cash unless a pre-paid method has been agreed and confirmed by Sycamore Cleaning Service. We do not accept cheques on the day of your clean, although you are welcome to pay by cheque 7 days before your cleaning visit commences.
Our rates for regular domestic cleaning start from just £8.50 per hour.

The rates for our "One-Off" cleaning services vary and are based on the size of your home or property, location and the jobs you require us to do. This is to ensure you receive a fair price from us and you are not being over-charged for items you simply do not require cleaning.

We will do our best to provide a emergency cleaner if ever the need arises.
All cleaners are personally interviewed, background checked & required to
wear uniform and P.P.E (personal protection equipment) when required.

We kindly ask all clients to remove any breakables or goods of value from all areas you require cleaning. Although we have insurance, sentimental items can never be replaced. We have had no accidents to date.

The client shall provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel a clean or take a holiday from regular cleaning. If you do not give notice or we cannot access your home or property on our service agreement you must understand we reserve the right to seek the costs of your missed visit.

Those booking a "One-Off" cleaning service may require a short home viewing so we can discuss exactly what you require on the day of your clean. We will require a deposit of £30.00 while attending your home visit, this will guarantee your booking slot. The deposit will be deducted from your total balance once your clean has been completed.

We require 48 hours notice if you need to cancel a "One-Off " service. Failure to do so will result in a breach of this service agreement and the deposit will not be refunded.

In all circumstances Sycamore Cleaning Service reserves the right to waiver deposit refunds if a valid reason is given and the cleaning visit re-booked for another date.
